If you need to learn to type properly, without looking at your fingers or the screen, Typaz 25 hours is the typing course for you.
You'll learn all the keyboard skills and techniques you'll need to become a competent typist with a speed of
20-40
words per minute.
Typaz comprises 10 keyboard lessons which can be practised at home, work, at our Pitman Training centres in London and Manchester or a blend of any of these!
We certainly recommend learning at least part of the time in-centre so our trainers can keep an eye on your posture and wrist position as well as making sure you've got all your fingers in the right places.
We're not just any typing school however, as we're open from 09:00 till 8:00 pm most days and all day Saturday too, so there's no more flexible way of learning to type properly.
Most students take approximately 25 hours to gain their typing certification but you have unlimited access to the course for up to 3 months so you can enjoy the luxury of working at your own speed.

When you feel sufficiently confident in your keyboarding skills, you can attend one of our centres where you can sit an exam which will lead to the award of a handsome Pitman Training certificate - proof of your typing speed and accuracy and well respected by employers.
