About Our Get Into Personnel/HR Course.

This training course, a module from our Business IT Diploma With Personnel/HR diploma course, provides your first step into the fast moving world of the Human Resources department.

You'll learn the basics of employment law and strategy.

To get the most out of this personnel course, you'll need experience of using Windows, Word and Excel to proficient level together with Access. Some experience of using the Internet and Mail Merge will also be useful.

You'll need to invest approximately 12 study hours at our High Holborn or Notting Hill training centres where you'll cover 4 in-depth lessons.

• Lesson 3: Preparing for a new employee, inducting a new employee, understanding the need for training, what to include in a training session.
  
  
• Lesson 4: Contracts of employment, personnel records, terms and conditions of employment, disciplinary action, procedures for dealing with leavers
