How This Course Works.
You'll work closely with our training team as you enjoy studying on a "drop-in" basis. There's no need for a timetable and you can still study even if you can only attend irregularly.
You'll listen to high quality, pre-recorded lessons, using a handsome workbook to work through very practical, increasingly challenging exercises, all the while having your hand held by our friendly trainers.
You'll take an exam at the end of each module and earn a certificate to prove your competence until you gain your final qualification, a Pitman Training Medical Receptionist Diploma.

Who This Training Programme Is Aimed At.
This programme was designed for people of all levels.
We'll take you from a complete beginner to a high level of competence or if you already have relevant skills, we'll slot you in at the appropriate level.
Our training system is totally flexible so we work around you rather than you having to mould yourself to our style.
Many new students join us after a period of not working, often after bringing up a family and they're a bit nervous about whether they'll be able to do the course, either from a study point of view or from a time perspective, but our flexible system means everybody can do it and graduate with a nationally recognised diploma!
How Long Will Take And How Much Will It Cost?
We estimate that the average student will need to invest approximately 150 study hours in a period of up to a year.
Essentially, the more hours you put in, the more quickly you'll graduate. Although you have up to a year, it is possible to qualify in as little as 9 weeks!
We're open all day Monday to Saturday and most evenings till 8:00 pm, so it's easy to fit your studies around your other commitments and qualify quickly.
You can get started from as little as £600 deposit and we have instalment plans so you can spread the cost of your studies.
The actual cost of the programme varies according to whether your exisitng skills qualify you for any exemptions and also on your choice of "elective" subject.
