Agnieszka Murach-Stepnowska – Training Team Leader Holborn

Training Leader at Pitman HolbornHi! My name is Agnieszka. I am Polish national living in UK for the last eight years.

Back in Poland I was a teacher of both primary and secondary school.

Since living in London I have had a successful career in retail, working in Selfridges for the first two and a half years and for the last four and a half years for well-respected companies in Richmond and Covent Garden. Throughout those years I learned so much about selling high quality products, delivering the best possible customer service.

During this time I got married, moved to a flat with a garden and passed driving licence.

In February 2013 I found Pitman Training and enrolled on the Legal Secretary Diploma. At first I was a bit worried about studying in a foreign language but with support from the trainers and my own determination it became easier and easier to progress on the course.

Four months later I was offered a position as Training Team Leader in Holborn. Surrounded by the extremely friendly and helpful training team, I am able to use all my experience and proudly represent the well-established Pitman Training in Holborn and their courses which I believe are the best products on the market.

The most enjoyable part of my job is to be able to support the trainers so they can give the best support to the students. When I joined we were a pretty new team but we’ve already have been working well together to achieve the highest standards of training for the students.

I am very much looking forward to my further contribution in growth and development of Pitman Training.
