If you already have growing confidence in your written and spoken English and want to develop your skills to help you do business or find office work, this very flexible course is the one for you.
The objective of the course is to provide the skills needed in a typical office or business setting including reading, listening, speaking and writing in the English language.
This Business English course will take the average student approximately 50 hours to complete on a flexi-study basis where you can either study at home or at our comfortable training centres in London (Notting Hill or Holborn) or Manchester, drawing on our friendly tutors as a helpful resource.
We’re open from 09:00-20:00 (09:00-16:30 Fridays) and all day Saturday and students will enjoy the course on a “drop-in” basis, studying when they wish.
The training will prepare you for the University of Cambridge ESOL BULATS exam.

Getting Started And Timetabling

Prerequisites
You will need to already be able to express your opinions, offer advice within known areas and understand instructions in English.
You will also need access to a broadband enabled PC or laptop and a headset with a microphone.
What Is Covered?
The modules are split into 50 lessons with hundreds of interactive practice exercises.
Sound and video are used to create an enjoyable learning experience. The exercises will improve your skills and are based on the kind of written and spoken English found in a work or business situation.
The course is in three sections:
- Reading and Listening lessons (30 hours)
- Speaking Module (10 hours)
- Writing Module (10 hours)
