Team Management – Human resources, project team, team acquisition process, team building and incentives, team members
Communicating With Others – Communication, communication plan, information distribution, communication tools, creating a communication plan
Risk Analysis – Risk, risk over time, identifying risks to a project, guidelines to identifying risks, analyzing risks to a project, quantitative and qualitative analysis, risk response plan
Project Execution – Executing a project, kick off meetings, begin project work, the product execution process, quality assurance, change request, executing the project plan, variance management, tracking project progress, evaluating team members, performance reporting
